  that they think suicide is the only answer?

• How can I let them know help is available?

As Mrs. Ohio, along with the support of SPEA, I am continuing my work statewide educating an even larger audience. This group of volunteers visit schools to spread dual messages. The first, aimed at potential suicide victims, urges that if you are hurting, there are avenues to turn to for help. Equally important, SPEA provides friends and family with warning signs and action steps that can be taken, before another tragedy occurs.
